Adoption Fee

It is agreed that if said animal is offered for sale that H.O.R.S.E. INC. will be notified and given First Right of
Refusal. Mares will not be breed. It is also agreed that this animal will only be transferred privately and will not be
resold at any kind of auction or to a horse broker, feedlot or slaughter destination and that this same agreement
will be signed by any and all prospective owners and a copy mailed to H.O.R.S.E. INC. 5236 International Ave Mims
Fl 32754 to be kept on file. Adopted horse will have annual vaccinations, regular farrier care, as needed dental
care and any needed medical care .

If at a later date the adopted horse is found in a Neglected or Abused state the said horse will be removed from
adopter by H.O.R.S.E. Inc. and adoption agreement will be void and invalid ownership of said horse will return to H.
O.R.S.E. Inc. Adoption Fee will not be returned.

If any information was knowingly False Fully written on this adoption application at time of adoption and is found to
be untruthfully at a later date, H.O.R.S.E. Inc. has the legal right to remove the adopted horse from possession of
adopter. Adoption Fee will not be returned.

Adopter must be at least 18 years of age to legally sign agreement.
